Drawing from her background in art education for children within the private school sector, Mafer possesses a passion for fostering creativity. She thrives in crafting workshops and engaging learning programs aimed at sharing knowledge and nurturing artistic expression within collective environments.
Community-based workshops - such as natural dyes, botanical paints, cyanotype printing, block printing and textile explorations - have taken place since 2019 in various cultural institutions and independent spaces in Guatemala and Spain.
